KRISSY JOHNSON-MILLSTEIN (Full Understudy) Krissy Johnson-Millstein is thrilled to be joining the cast of Menopause The Musical just as she begins her journey of the same name! Classically trained, Krissy received a Bachelor of Music from Trinity University in San Antonio followed by a Master of Music in vocal performance from the University of Houston. Originally from the East Coast, she spent years living and performing in classical recitals, musical theatre, and big bands in New York and Philadelphia. Some of her favorite regional theatre credits include Mother in Ragtime, Rita LaPorta in Lucky Stiff, Mrs. Meers in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Dotty/Mrs. Clackett in Noises Off, Housekeeper/Maria in Man of La Mancha, Mae in Reefer Madness, Woman 1 in My Way, and Donna in Mamma Mia, to name a few. For several years she toured with the national production of Waist Watchers: The Musical, first as a lead performer, then director. Now Krissy splits her time between Scottsdale, AZ and Las Vegas. Krissy also holds a second Masters from La Salle University in therapy, which is surprisingly helpful as a performer! Krissy would like to thank her loving and supportive husband, Larry, for allowing her to pursue her dreams and travel around the country! www.KrissyJohnson.com
