We will ship all orders within two business days of order placement. We use UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail for our standard shipping and it usually takes about 5 business days for orders to reach you. Holiday seasons or large orders may take longer.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any other US territory outside the 48 contiguous states, a surcharge of $2.00 will be added to the standard shipping fee.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of any unused items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. This full refund requires that all returns are in perfect resalable condition. Music CDs must be unopened or damaged to qualify for returns. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to cover the shipping charges for returning the goods to us unless company error was involved. If you received your products with free shipping, a $9.99 shipping & handling cost will be deducted from the refund.
Prior to sending any product back to us, you MUST first contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions. You will need to provide us with your name, order number, and any other information that will help us to process the return. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue credit for returns without a Return Authorization Number.
If your clothing item is unused, you may exchange it for a different size within 30 days of receipt. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will have to pay return shipping.
GFOUR PRODUCTIONS RECOGNIZES that sales tax is a very important source of funding for most state and local governments. We have prepared this Sales Tax Policy to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your purchase is NOT exempt from tax merely because GFour Productions has elected not to collect the tax from you at the time of your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire. or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report all purchases that are not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. GFOUR PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any states NOT listed above because GFour Productions is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
GFOUR PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file, or you are shipping your order to a state that does not collect state or local sales or use tax.
If products are damaged through shipping, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions on replacement or refund. All our products are insured through package carriers (USPS or UPS). We will contact them and file a claim using the package tracking number.
